Carekojo is open to both medical practitioners, medical institutions and general users (patients).

Is Carekojo available to only Doctors?

No. Carekojo is available to a wide range of medical practioners. Kindly register and select an area of specialty.

Do I need internet access to use the Carekojo platform?

Yes, you need an Internet connection to use the Carekojo App

Is there a desktop version?

Yes! Not all features from the mobile app are available yet, but you can register on the website and access your account on www.carekojo.com

Who do I contact if I have technical issues with the App or Web Platform?

How do I create a user account on Carekojo?

To become a registered user on the carekojo platform, kindly download the carekojo app from the google play store or ios store

Click on “sign-up”
Input all your personal details, password and contact information”
Click on “Agree to the terms of service”
Click on the “Create an account button”

If you do not have a mobile device, visit www.carekojo.com and click on “register” to get started.

How do I create an account as a medical practioner?

To become a registered medical practioner on the carekojo platform, kindly download the carekojo app from the google play store or ios store

Click on “sign-up as a medical practioner”
Input all your personal details, password and contact information”
Input your field of specialisation
Click on “Agree to the terms of service”
Click on the “Create an account button”

What do I do if I forget my password?

Locate the “forget password” option on the sign-up page. Once you click on “forgot password” option, enter the email address you used to create an account and click on the reset password link. A link would be sent to your email address that would enable you reset your password.
